Abracadabra is both a local art publication and group art show inspired by the theme of Magic and Metaphysics. A big thanks to Brooklyn Silver Moon and Brother Black Paw for putting on this amazing art show. If you missed The Abracadabra Show, or just want to see it again, it will be traveling over to Little Mountain Studios (195 East 26th Avenue at Main Street. Vancouver, B.C.) Sept. 19-Oct. 19th.
Still a little tired today from attending the Cheaper Show in Vancouver over the weekend. Great to see old friends and meet lots of cool new people. The place was packed and lineups wrapped around the interior of the space with people lined up to purchase artwork. A huge thanks to Meghan Paterson and the rest of the Cheaper Show staff for putting on such a fun and successful event, and to those of you who managed to get there early enough and get through that massive line and actually get a piece of amazing artwork!...wow....congrats!

Went on a painting session with friends Harley Smart & Erik Volet to Summit Park. A nice break from the computer. Felt great to sit in the sun and look out at the rolling landscape. My painting isn't quite finished but I'll post it soon.
